Project spreadsheets

Spreadsheets became a common feature of the project (19 files) for formative evaluation, costing, and purchasing decisions.

Project phases could be matched against budget, and any cost over-runs of particular phases could be noted.

While spread sheets are easily incorporated into hypermedia, the full range of spreadsheets has not been included here for privacy reasons.
